"When I inquired with Michelle for nutritional coaching, I was 10 years into my fitness journey about to turn 30 not really seeing the changes physically by the same things that had worked for me in my 20s and crying most days because I was working out almost everyday. I had also been just diagnosed with PCOS and was told my doctors to go on birth control to fix my issues. I thought let me see for a month what coaching could do for me and if I don’t like it I don’t have to do it. Now, a year with Michelle, I have learned so many things I did not know before about habits and small changes. I workout 4-5 days a week, eat in a freer mindset than before , reversed all of my PCOS symptoms and have lost over 7kgs. I am thankful to Michelle for her positivity, guidance and making mind-fullness effortlessly a part of my life. I had told Michelle a year ago I am looking to lose 10 kgs but I don’t care how long it takes me but I want to get there sustainably so that I stay there and I can picture myself there already.

In this process, I re-found my love for cooking(macro friendly dishes that all my friends keep asking for recipes), my love for workouts and a love for my gorgeous self."
